On one afternoon stroll through Old Town Alicante, my husband and I came across a fascinating pedestrian street. All along the tiled walkway were tall statues of mushrooms with faces and smaller statues of brightly colored insects.
I found this cool door along the way. It’s not the greatest shot, but here it is anyway.

It is a fun street to walk along. I should have said, but the artist who designed the street (in 2013) is Sergio Martinez. 🙂
