CFFC: Subjects Framed by Things

This is my contribution to Cee’s Foto Fun Challenge hosted by Dan Antion over at NoFacilities blog. The theme for this week is “subjects framed by things made by people.” It is a lot of fun to look back through my pictures and find photos for this challenge.

Here are a few framed photos from my travels around the east of France (mid and south) this summer. I hope you enjoy! 🙂

Lyon Cathedral
Roanne (60 miles northwest of Lyon)

Villerest (a village 6 miles southwest of Roanne)

Villerest

Colmar

Mulhouse (Of course, I have to include a door!)
Back home to Argeles-sur-Mer (Translation: The Enclosure of Marielle — I think — )

    1. Thanks so much, Suzette! I’m very glad you enjoyed the photos. That door was sort of hidden away and fun to find (randomly). I hope you have a nice weekend!

These are all great. My favourite is the painting on the door in Colmar.

These are such beautiful photos, Brenda. I like them all, but I love the reflections in the sidelight on that pastel door. It occurs to me that the floral decoration in the door is also framed by the door. Good job all around.
